- Our services focus on user-to-user and community learning
- Role-play mode with AI support to provide a better learning experience
- We have 1M users with 200K MAU around the world with the motivation to get friends for English improvement and to master English for a better career.
- Currently, fondi focuses on organic growth in order to provide more sustainable growth in the future.
- We have a good performance on paid ads (around 10 JPY/install), but we want to diversify the acquisition channel to:
- Reducing the risk with more acquisition channel
- Get more qualified users to increase engagement and retention in fondi and in the end generate more revenue.
Question
- What is your strategy&action plannings for the short-term (3-month period) and long-term to drive organic growth to get more qualified users?
- Let’s focus on the Pakistan market reducing the complexity of the market.
